When you join the private beta, we collect the email address you provide and the date and source of your signup. When you contact support, we collect your email address, message, and submission time.

This website does not use advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, or nonessential cookies.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• manage beta invitations and product updates;
• respond to support questions;
• protect the website from abuse; and
• understand interest in ARterior at an aggregate level.

Room data and the beta app

ARterior’s iOS beta requests camera and spatial permissions to understand the space and place virtual furniture in your room. ARterior does not collect or store photos or images from your room scans. The app will explain any app-specific spatial-data handling before you grant access.

Storage and service providers

Website submissions are stored in Google Firebase. Google may process limited technical information, such as network and request data, to provide and secure that service. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and your choices

We keep beta signup information while the beta is active or until you ask us to remove it. Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and maintain appropriate records.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by using the form on our support page. We may need to verify that the request relates to your email address.

Children

ARterior is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through this website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the beta evolves. If a change is material, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.
